Return & Refund Policy

We truly care about every one of our customers and want you to love your experience with us! Because our products are perishable, we're not able to accept physical returns — but if something ever goes wrong, we promise to make it right. Whether that means a replacement or a full refund, we've got you covered. 🐪

Got an issue with your order? Please reach out within 24 hours of delivery so we can jump on it:

When Does My Order Ship?

We schedule frozen milk shipments based on your location to make sure it arrives fresh — we never want your milk sitting over a weekend!

Ship Day Where We Ship
Monday
All zones — everyone ships out on Mondays! 🎉
Tuesday
Most zones (Northeast excluded due to longer transit times)
Wednesday
Missouri and close neighboring zones only
  • Transit time starts when your order ships, not when it's placed.
  • Orders placed after midnight Friday (PST) will ship the following week.
  • Dry products ship any business day.

What If My Milk Arrives Thawed?

Don't panic! Here's exactly what to do depending on how it arrives:

Condition What to Do
🌡️ Thawed & warm
Contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right — no questions asked!
❄️ Thawed but cold
You're good! It can be refrozen once, or refrigerate and enjoy within 2 weeks. Reach out with any concerns.
🧊 Partially thawed
Totally normal with frozen shipping! Refreeze or refrigerate and enjoy.

How Is the Milk Packaged?

Your milk is bottled right on our farm and shipped frozen in an insulated styrofoam cooler packed with dry ice or ice packs. Our bottles are PET and BPA-free, so you can feel great about every sip. 🥛

Do You Ship to Canada?

We wish we could! Unfortunately, high dairy import taxes, customs requirements, and transit times make it really hard for us to guarantee the freshness and quality you deserve. We're actively exploring options — stay tuned!

How Should I Store My Milk?

  • Keep it frozen until you're ready to enjoy it.
  • Frozen milk stays fresh until the best-by date on the bottle (typically 3–6 months).
  • Once thawed, enjoy within 2 to 2½ weeks.
  • 🥛 Shake well before drinking — separation is completely natural!
