You can substitute 2/3 cup date sugar for every 1 cup of white or brown sugar.
Because date sugar is a dried fruit -it still contains the fiber. So it will naturally absorb liquid in your recipe.
Not recommended for beverages. Because it's high in fiber, it will not fully dissolve. Try date syrup instead!
Please store in a cool, dry place.
